ATTENDANCE: Pre-registration has now CLOSED with 440 attendees. Walk-in space is available day of event.
Doors open for PARTICIPANTS at 7:00 AM.
Doors open for the PUBLIC at 7:30 AM.
Programming runs from 8:30 AM to Noon, and from 1:15-4:45PM.
DIRECTIONS to Lynnwood Convention Center are here. The address is 3711 - 196th Street SW, Lynnwood WA 98036. Lynnwood Convention Center is served by public transit. Free, onsite parking is provided. A limited number of front row parking stalls are provided for loading/unloading; please look for signage. Offsite, overflow parking is provided nearby at Alderwood Community Church.
MEALS AND BEVERAGES: AM coffee/tea will be provided as well as water stations throughout the day. We encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle.
The lunch break is from Noon-1:15PM. Local (walking distance) restaurants will offer special express options if you'd like to go offsite. Flyers will offer details on event day.
If you prefer to stay at Lynnwood Convention Center, a limited number of box lunches will be available for purchase. (Box lunch pre-orders have ended; orders will be available for pickup at the concession cart.)

RESERVED TICKETS: Remaining seats in reserved ticket blocks have been released to the public. If you have a block of either 10 or 20 tickets, look for your reserved company table(s) near the front of the main room (2D&E).
CONCOURSE TABLES: Please arrive for setup at 7:00 AM. Doors open to the public at 7:30 AM.

Speakers, thank you so much for your participation and expertise. The community is so excited to hear from and learn from you. When you arrive at the event, please check in at Registration with Alicia. If you are using ANY technology, please visit the room to test your mic, projector, etc. so we may troubleshoot any issues before your session begins. Every room will have a materials table in the back for handouts as well as a water station with cups. Each session will be opened by a designated facilitator who will welcome guests, introduce speakers, and provide support as needed.
