Growing Community Stewardship

Leadership Snohomish County is a community leadership development and education program whose intent is to prepare motivated individuals to lead Snohomish County today and tomorrow. Leadership Snohomish County addresses the larger question of this community’s future and prepares people to assume leadership roles that are thoughtful, informed and open to the possibilities.

How the Program is Structured

Individuals apply to enter the eight month program. The participants meet for one full day, for a total of six days, to learn about the critical issues facing our region. Participants will meet local experts and leaders who work on the challenges in our community. . While building knowledge of community issues, people in the program apply their skills to a specific project.
